1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and the invoice included.

Please note: Used, worn, or customized lenses are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or return process.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Frameszone.

3. Refunds and Replacements

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If eligible, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn eyewear
  • Customized or prescription lenses
  • Items not returned in their original condition
